Shawn Zafarpour, Co-Founder & CEO

After spending nearly two decades as an executive in the hospitality industry, leading over 2000 employees in multiple markets, and building several top-performing leaders and teams, Shawn Zafarpour decided to shift his focus to the real estate industry with the goal of creating successful companies with impeccable cultures.

Since 2017, he has been involved in everything from land and townhome development to commercial projects and now to his current role as co-founder and CEO at ZHS Investments. Shawn is responsible for overseeing all departments with a focus on the company’s finances and cash flow.

His passion for growth as well as his disciplined, accountable and caring approach to his team’s success, helps the organization stay focused and united towards the goal of becoming the best in the industry. Shawn enjoys spending time with his family, working out and fishing. He is an avid reader and lifelong student, with a passion for learning and consistent growth.
