Michael Hansen, Co-Founder & CSO

With a powerful background in sales development, Michael Hansen spent over a decade in regional management in the retail industry, where he demonstrated a track record of consistent  revenue growth while simultaneously recruiting and developing leadership talent to help his company scale.

Nearly five years ago, he decided to take on the real estate space where he has done everything from leading sales operations to running his own real estate investment firm. As the co-founder and CSO at ZHS Investments,  he specializes in analyzing current market conditions and ensuring profitable acquisitions. Mike also drives direct-to-seller marketing strategies to help the company acquire potential properties, giving them a significant edge on the competition.

As a creative, adaptable and collaborative leader, he enjoys networking and building relationships with others in the industry while growing ZHS into a company with a strong, family-like culture.  Mike is passionate about personal growth and enjoys working out, going to concerts and music festivals, reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
