Michael Bezdek, CFO

Mr. Bezdek serves as the Chief Financial Officer for ZHS Investments. Michael recently served as Senior Vice President of Investment Banking for National Securities Corp., Energy Group Head, with over $2 billion of successfully managed /co-managed capital campaigns and mergers /acquisition transactions completed during his tenure. Michaels' corporate finance experience includes M&A, divestitures, senior debt facilities (secured/unsecured), mezzanine financing, O&G division order capitalization methods, off-balance-sheet financing methods ("assignments of production/non-recourse financing"), and correspondent banking services to traditional energy bank facilities, as well as, institutional asset management.

Prior to joining Nationals Corporate Finance team, Mr. Bezdek spent a decade managing private individual and institutional investment portfolios, including Coca-Cola Southwest, Sandin International Japan, and Eurocopter (a joint venture of Daimler Benz and the French Government) with the Royal Bank of Canada / Dain Rauscher Private Client Group and Institutional Consulting Division. Michael graduated magna cum laude from Southern California University with a BBS in Finance and holds Cornell University- Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) Leadership and Conflict Resolution and US Institute of Peace, Conflict Transformation Certifications.

Michael is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Conscious Coalition, a nonprofit that brings compassionate leadership, peace building, and engineered water resources and implements educational programs internationally in 3rd world countries. Bezdek also recently served as Membership Board Chair for the International Nonprofit, Conscious Capitalism.
