With over seven years of experience successfully owning and operating an exceedingly profitable contracting business, Kyle Schilling brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from the construction, renovation and building industries.

Having renovated hundreds of single family homes and numerous small to medium sized multi-family complexes, Kyle is skilled at identifying challenges and removing operational inefficiencies. As co-founder and COO at ZHS Investments, Kyle oversees all construction and renovation operations at the company. With a detailed, structured and solution-oriented approach to business, he helps to bridge the gap between the company’s contractors and internal staff.

Kyle is passionate about the ZHS company culture and takes pride in building a business that positively impacts so many lives. He enjoys fitness, the outdoors, his family and dogs, travel and any and all sporting activities.
